Effective date: September 7, 2026. This policy explains how SaudiWelcome handles website analytics, browser storage, email contact and third-party links in the current pre-traffic version of the platform.
What SaudiWelcome collects directly
The current website does not provide visitor accounts, payment checkout or a server-side contact form. If you choose to email SaudiWelcome, the information in that message is sent through your email provider and is used to respond to the enquiry, correction or partnership discussion.
Optional analytics
SaudiWelcome uses Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica to understand aggregate website usage and content performance. In this version, these analytics services are not loaded until a visitor chooses Accept analytics in the website preference panel.
If analytics are accepted, technical and usage information such as page visits, device/browser information, referrer information and interaction events may be processed by the analytics providers under their own terms and privacy policies. SaudiWelcome's custom interaction tracking is designed not to send form values, email addresses or URL query strings.
Yandex Metrica Session Replay (Webvisor) is disabled in this build.
Your analytics choice
Your preference is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember whether optional analytics were accepted or rejected. You can reopen the choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent access to SaudiWelcome content.
Advertising
SaudiWelcome does not currently load an advertising network in this version. If advertising or additional tracking technology is introduced later, this policy and the consent controls should be reviewed before activation.
Data minimization
SaudiWelcome aims to collect only information reasonably needed for the relevant feature. Visitors should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email.
External links
SaudiWelcome links to official authorities and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and are outside SaudiWelcome's control.
Security
The website uses HTTPS and production security controls intended to reduce common web risks. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so the platform is reviewed as features and integrations change.
Changes
This policy may be updated when SaudiWelcome adds analytics, advertising, accounts, forms, partner integrations or other features that change how information is handled. Material revisions should be reflected by an updated effective date.
